kartini's day !!

Happy Kartini's day :)
although it was too late but no problem yaa..  Kartini Day is celebrated on 21 april, yesterday. I think it was the day of the birth of women's emancipation warrior named Raden Kartini.
He was a Great woman, because during colonial era not lot of Indonesian women who spoke out on women's equality.

But aloud he was very persistent and courageous fight for the rights of Indonesian women including equal treatment, the right to education should others.. do not care if she were descendants of the ordinary. While she was child of a regent who still have royal descent.

She voiced his struggles in a letter she sent a letter to a friend in the Netherlands, to commemorate her services letter of the letter published in a book called "Out of Darkness to Light".

as usual in my school stemba, also celebrated the kartini's day by wearing traditional dress. because 21 April is the day end of the week, so the memorial was held on 22 April, 2013,

on the day my school is very crowded and certainly very festive .. male students wearing batik and female students wearing kebaya.

and Kartini Day celebration left the impression that very valuable. that we as Indonesian women have to always improve the quality of self, developing the potential and always did the best we portion as a good woman, virtuous and faithful. :)
